The Combi can't be used as a full freezer as there are only cooling elements on one side of the fridge/freezer and it would use more power to get to the cooler temp than the non-combi model. If the divider was removed and the temp set to -18°C it would keep most of the contents frozen although not effectively freeze one half of the fridge.

When the Combi is used as a fridge only and the middle divider is taken out, the side with fewer cooling elements may only sit a few degrees warmer than the other side. The fridge is still efficient at keeping your food cool, it would just take a little longer to cool down compared to the Engel MT−V45F 40L Fridge Freezer with cooling elements the whole way around.

There isnt a single basket option for this fridge, sorry.  
You may be able to get a basket from another fridge that might fit ok, but I think it's unlikely give the extra moulding in the fridge cavity.
The closest option may be the normal 40L Engel basket.
I reckon your best bet here would be to get in touch with your local Engel service center, as they will be able to order parts like baskets in for you.

Unfortunately, it's not really possible to answer that one.
As the Engel Combi fridges only have refrigeration elements in one half of the fridge, you can only set the temperature for that side.
The other non-refrigerated side will just naturally sit a few degrees warmer - but there are quite alot of variables with this depending on how often it's opened, how much stuff you have in there, the ambient temp, etc.
As there is only the ability to control the temperature on one half of the fridge cavity, the temperature of the other half will always vary somewhat.
Once you have the fridge and have used it a fair bit you'll work out the best way to run it to get the right ballpark temperature for you, but theres no way of saying how cold your beers will get.  Use a few degrees warmer as a guide.

Each basket is 36cm H x 24.5cm W.  The larger basket is 18.5cm D and the smaller is 13.5cm.

If you got your temperature balance right and set it as a super cold fridge, you could put your cold sensitive gear (like fresh produce, lettuces, etc) in the warmer side.

We don't have a transit bag here for this fridge at the moment, but looking at the other sizes it will probably adds an extra cm or so each side. It's quite squishy so shouldn't add too much to the fridge dimensions, just depends on how tight your space is?  The camper or caravan fridge cavities are usually quite generous.

At 'rest' if you could call in that, you're looking at around 97cm as the lid sits back on an angle.
Realistically I'd like to see you having at least a full metre of clearance because that's the maximum height of the swing arc when you're opening the lid.

The MT-V45FC can't be used as a complete freezer. It can be used as half freezer, half fridge, or all fridge, but unfortunately not all freezer.

The MT-45FC is the Combi model so it has two separate baskets, one for the freezer side, and one for the fridge side.
