Just great!

A terrific buy for me... it keeps away the pesky little flies while I'm out gardening. Very glad I got it.

How important or useful is the permethrin on the head net?1 answers

Do I need to have permethrin on the head net or is just a headnet without permethrin ok too? I am travelling from Adelaide to Alice Darwin Kakadu and the North West from mid Sept to mid Nov so know it will be hot and humid. How bad are the midges?!

G'day, permethrin is a chemical which dazes/confuses mosquito's. This is embedded in the fabric of the head net and will result in the mosquito dying after multiple contacts. This may be useful if you are in a tropical region with high incidence of malaria, dengue fever etc.
