Unfortunately we don't have any of the older models in store so I can't go check, but the main concern would be that the inflate and deflate valves on this pump are different sizes; approx. 1.5 cm (deflate) and 1.8 cm (inflate). The older mat models have the same size valves for both inflate and defalte, so the deflate connection on this pump would be too small. The pump does come with three silicon tubes to allow it to adapt to valves of different sizes, so while it would only be directly compatible with 2018 mats onwards, it should hopefully still work to deflate your mat. You can also find a good range of valve adaptors here if the ones included don't suit. Worse case, you can deflate the Exped mats manually by rolling them up/sitting on them.

Its not directly compatible in terms of clicking into the valves, etc, but it does work - I've just tested it out instore.

The Zempire Monstamat valves are a little larger than the exped ones, so they won't be an exact fit. You can use one of the extra silicone inserts to make it a slightly closer fit to aid with inflation though.
