I was wondering would this tent fit a single stretcher on either side of the pole. I think I bought a oztrail king single and was going to buy a single stretcher for the other side

G'day Tim,
If you have a look through all the tent photos on our webpage you can see a few with a single stretcher inside the tent. That will give you an idea of how they will fit. The stretcher in the photos is an Oztent Goanna. You can check the measurements of this stretcher against the one you have, although there's a fair bit of room left over.

Malamoo Teepee 6 vs Coleman Traveller 31 answer
Could you give a comparison of the Malamoo Teepee 6 and the Coleman traveller 3P tent? We'd be using the tent for 2 people, looking for some space and like the idea of being able to stand up in the Malamoo.. though it's not as waterproof as the Coleman. Taking the tent in plane luggage so packed size is important.. Many thanks

G'day Katrina,
It's hard to give a direct comparison as these two tents are quite different, but I'll do my best. The Teepee tent is going to give you a lot more internal space and height than the Traveller 3 as it is a 6 person Tent, versus the Traveller 3P which is a 3 person tent. The Teepee has a centre pole, which will make it harder to put a double mattress in if that's the plan. The Teepee is also a single skin tent, which will mean that you'll need to utilise the window vents to ensure you don't get condensation. The Traveller 3P is a dual-layer tent, so the fly will do a good job of reducing condensation. The Traveller 3P also has a much higher waterproof rating and is lower to the ground so it will provide better protection in adverse weather. The packed size of the Traveller 3P is also a little smaller, so it might suit your plane needs a little better too.
