Pretty Good

Good design, comfortable. Would get 5 stars if it was lighter and more compact.
Not sure how many rocks I'll get out of it, but for now it's doing fine.
Takes up a fair amount of space in the ute, but it's worth it - especially because it's easy to get out of after you have been relaxing around the fire.
Maybe a smaller version would also be good...

In the non rocking mode would this be suitable as a dining chair?1 answer

Also most camping chairs squash you into the centre. Does this chair do this?

G'day Jonathan,

The King Rocker is not as rigid and upright as something like a director's style chair, but there shouldn't be an issue using it as a dining chair. I've given this chair a go myself, and I didn't personally find that it squashed me into the centre.

To get an idea of what the King Rocker is like, it might be helpful check out the video we have here or above on the page.

Hoe stable is it without rocker on soft surfaces could neared to other chairs please?1 answer

Eg hard sand,I have tested on store but want an answer for camping situations please.

G'day Kate,

Great question. While we haven't specifically tested it, I can't imagine it would be any different to other camping chairs as ultimately, they all have four feet. I guess it depends more so on the surface itself and how soft it is and how you're able to balance the four feet equally.

How stable is the chair without the rocker function when compared to other camping chairs ?1 answer

Can you please confirm that this chair functions perfectly well as a normal camping chair and then does as well as a rocker ?

G'day Paul,

Having tested and sat in the Outdoor Connection King Rocker Camp Chair in store, I haven't found it to be any less sturdy than other camping chairs when the rocking legs off.
