They don’t call it the Stormaster Tarp for nothing, these Industrial Strength Tarps from Kookaburra are in the business of UV and weather protection in the worst of conditions.

Made from double layer fabric with 5mm polypropylene rope welded in around the edges. Each corner is reinforced and cross stitched with super strong webbing, then finished off with a stainless steel ‘D’ ring.

Also equipped with stainless steel ‘D’rings every 90 cm along the sides, the Kookaburra Stormaster Tarp can handle continuous outdoor exposure, strong winds and offers outstanding durability.

  • Cross-stitch reinforced corners
  • Stainless steel ‘D’ rings on corners and every 90cm
  • Can handle continuous outdoor exposure
  • 5mm PP rope welded into edges

Another great decision.

Almost forgot to purchase a tarp for under my new Coleman 6P Tent (then remembered just before check out - Thank God). Being quite the rookie at camping, I just looked into the tent measurements and had a scroll... then pretty much just took a guess of which tarp to purchase and went with this one. It is SUCH GOOD QUALITY - and not even that heavy! Honestly recommend.

Is good

It's a tarp. Ummm... it tarps well?
I like this weight tarp under my tent - prefer it over the thinner ones.

How many poles are needed? 1 answer

I was wondering how many side poles, centre poles and ridge poles you would recommend to erect the large 3.65 x 7.2 tarp? What height poles would we need to buy?

G'day Belinda,

This is a tricky question to answer as there are a range of options but also challenges to overcome. Would you mind giving our customer support team a call on 1300 914 007 who can talk you through a range of possibilities to achieve what you're looking to do?
