Use on Gasmate stove & will handles get hot1 answer
Hi Will it be ok on a Gasmate single stove which uses the butane cartridges and do the handles get hot while it’s cooking on the stove? Cheers
Russell - Carlisle, WA(3 years ago)
G'day Russell,
Yes, you can use the Furno Frypan on a Gasmate Single Butane Stove. The handle isn't designed to be left in place while cooking, it is designed as a gripper style handle that you use while string/moving etc.

Can it be used with a trangia spirit burner stove?1 answer
Could I use this on a trangia spirit burner stove without it warping?
Barbara - Cairns, QLD(4 years ago)
G'day Barbara,
The Trangia Spirit Burner shouldn't cause too many issues in terms of heat output, as they generally won't be quite as hot as the hike style gas stoves the Frypan is designed for. In terms of the fit with your Trangia, it should be a fairly good fit if you have the 25 series trangia.

Can it be used with the 360* Furno stove?1 answer
Is it a stable and safe fit or is it too top heavy for the stove?
Russell - Carlisle (4 years ago)
G'day Russell,
Yes, the Furno 22cm Camp Frypan can be used on the 360 Degree Furno Stove with no problems. We'd recommend using it in combination with a canister stabilser just to ensure the base of the gas canister is well supported.

Open fire1 answer
Can this pan be used over an open fire?
Sam - NCL(5 years ago)
G'day Sam,
Being a hard anodised aluminium they are lightweight and quite thin, the aluminium can blacken and warp with the higher heat levels. All in all, the Furno cookset range are not recommended for use on an open fire or coals.

Lid from 4.7L pot1 answer
Will the Lid from the 4.7L pot (in the Furno X-Large Pot Set) fit on this 22cm Frypan?
Warren - Sydney(5 years ago)
G'day Warren,
Great question! I've just tried it out instore and the frypan is just that much bigger than the 4.7L pot, and the lid is too small.

Can i use this fry pan on an induction cook top1 answer
Hi just looking at buying the xlarge pot set as well as the fry pan and just wondered if i could use these pots on an induction cook top. thanks for your help Vicki
Vicki Borg - gisborne(5 years ago)
G'day Vicki,
No, the Furno series will not work on an induction cooktop. Appart from our cast-iron range, we dont stock any induction compatible cookware. Your best bet would be to head to a Homewares store.

Nesting with Furno Large Cook Set & Kettle1 answer
It mentions it nests with the X-Large Pot Set, any chance it'll nest with the Furno Large Cook Set & Kettle (https://www.snowys.com.au/furno-large-cook-set-with-kettle) as well?
Jason - Adelaide(6 years ago)
G'day Jason,
I've just double checked this for you with our floor stock and yes, the 360 Degrees Furno 22cm Camp Frypan does fit the Large Furno Pot Set inside it.
