Smoking with lid option?1 answer

Can we add smoking wood or pellets to infuse that desired smoky cooking flavour if we use this lid?

G'day,

We haven't had feedback from other customers who have done this, so can't speak as to how effective it would be.
I'd say you'd get better results with the grill rack so the smoke can actually permeate the food, as opposed to using the cast iron griddle plate.
