Lighter, stronger and better puncture resistance, the Dura Sleep Queen airbed from Coleman will change the way you view the reliability of an air filled mattress.
A comfortable sleeping surface for two made with a specially developed laminate composite material that offers increased levels of puncture resistance and strength whilst being up to 45% lighter than normal PVC airbeds.
The Comfortsmart coil system provides superior support when compared to standard airbeds and firm edges that you can sit on. Finished off with a soft bonded surface fabric and a Wrap ‘N’ Roll storage bag the Coleman Dura Sleep Queen airbed is as useful camping as it is for an overnight guest at home.
The matress was great to start with, but after day 14 into out 6 week road trip the cells started to fail. And by day 19 , it was useless. Had to purchase another one to finish our trip, Will be taking the old one back for a refund.
Wowzers! That shouldn't happen, sorry about the inconvenience here Rob. Please get in touch with us, either drop into the store or just give us a call so we can follow up on this for you. I hope it didn't dampen your trip too much. We've had good feedback on these, your experience is hopefully an isolated one. ~ Ben
After a couple of uses doesn't stay inflated for the night. Get a self inflating camping mat.
Hmm that doesn't sound right, Greg. It sounds like your new airbed is having some issues - which, if brand new, will be covered under warranty. If you have a sec, please give us a call on 1300 914 007, we'd like to help restore your faith in airbeds. Laine :)
We've tried so many forms of camp bedding and we love this mattress. Used it on 4 trips now, the longest being 6 nights and it's so comfy. Combined weight of 170kg, we had to top up air every 3rd night. Love the wrap and roll packing, so easy.
Hard wearing mattress.
So easy to pack up.
The most comfortable air mattress, So easy to pack up as well.
Recommend to all!
Thank you Snowys for the quick delivery, we got it time for our camping weekend away.
Very happy with this item. It is really light weight even my 5 year old daughter could move it around. I let the kids jump on them no worries. Kept air in. Had a good night sleep in it.
Used the mattress for 3 weeks in our OZ Tent. It was comfortable for 2 adults. Air stayed in all night, longest pumped up was 4 nights, stayed as good as it was on the first night. Very happy overall.
This was money well spent, as it is much lighter and more compact than normal air mattresses, and it was very comfortable. Even my wife liked it, I even brought a single one for when i go on solo adventures
We found the mattress really comfortable and slept great. We found it easy to roll up and put into its own bag. Well done.
With a combined weight of 130kg, the two of us found this airbed really comfortable and had great night sleeps. During our 7 nights camping, we only need to top up a bit of air once. This mattress is the closest we could find to a foam mattress in terms of comfort but more compact.
The only thing we didn't like is the wrap & roll "bag". It's more like a loose cover. We used the carry bag from our previous mattress instead.
IF NOT IS THERE A WAY TO INFLATE IT WITHOUT A PUMP?
Sorry, but there is no air pump included with the Durasleep Queen Airbed.
There is nothing stopping you from blowing it up with your own breath, but I'd say you'd need to stick with it for a few hours at least.
Just wondering, will any air pump work with this mattress or do I need to purchase a Coleman one?
Most standard pumps will come with three or so fittings, so you should be able to find one that will fit the Dura Sleep Airbed or any other air bed for that matter.
How bad is the effect of one person moving to the other person? Is it just similar to any other air mattress?
We haven’t had any negative feedback about partner disturbance with this bed, and testing it in store we found that the Dura Sleep Queen Airbed doesn’t shift around a lot - but there will be a little bit of movement.
The Dura Sleep Double High Airbed size will fare a bit better because of its height, but just keep in mind you won’t be able to avoid partner disturbance altogether on any air bed.
how cold will these get? autumn on the south coast NSW. is it worth getting a self inflating instead as i have read lots of people complaining about he air beds getting too cold.Or are these ones thin enough?
