Best light weight sleeping mat .

Camping in winter? No worries, this is the mat for you. So comfortable on cold winters nights. When you are on a multi day hike you need a good sleep. I use this with a black wolf micron 300 sleeping bag and had warm comfortable sleep.

Even Nana liked it.

I love my exped matress, so much so that I have bought another. I haven't used it heaps and due to other reviews I read about them being damaged easily I have treated it very carefully. However, I have really liked it when I have used it. Even my mum (in her 60's) used it when camping for the first time again after 20 years. If you are a very big person though you may want to upgrade to one of the larger exped mats. I love how small it packs up and how light it is. It can be a bit difficult to get it back in it's bag so you may just be content to use another bag for it or roll it up several times to get it to fit. I have felt quite comfortable lying on it and while I haven't tested it in snow conditions or in very cold I have found it to be heaps better than other cheaper camping mattresses I have used.

Very cumfy!

Glad I got the LW version - the extra width means I can roll over and not fall off! Much more comfortable than a typical thermarest. They roll up very compactly. Once you get used to the integrated pump, it's easy to use. Alternatively, I've used a Schnozzel pumbag on the outlet to easily inflate this matress so I don't have to give it CPR! :)

A Big Step Forwards

These are fantastic. Much more comfortable than even a thick Thermarest. And lighter and more compact. Glad I went for the LW. Still light and compact at half the size and weight for the Thermarest self inflator it replaced. But only as wide as is required to roll over without needing a pogo stick.
