Awesome brightness for the price!! Even batteries are included! What a steal! The "divide" function will take a while to some its prowess, so a long term review from seasoned user will be more accurate.

Super bright

Super bright, runs on my 6 ikea ladda rechargeable batteries. Snowy is super fast and efficient at shipping. And great $35 price, cheaper than everyone else.

Great torch

The torch is great. Apart from requiring a lot of batteries, the weight and size is fine. The beam is very impressive and casts a good spread of light with no black spot in the centre of the beam. Excellent value for money.

What LED is in this torch1 answer

Please advise: 1. what brand of LED is in the torch 2. what colour/temperature designation is the LED. E.g. 2700k, 4000k etc. 3. is the beam a combination flood/thow or a more narrow throw. 4. is there any black spot in in the middle of the beam. Thank you for your time.

- SOUTH NANANGO, QLD(1 year ago)

Hi Alan, this particular model is quite basic round-the-house model so the packaging doesn’t state the specifics you’re looking for. I’ve had a read of it myself and the brand of the LED, and the colour/temperature designation is nowhere to be found. The beam is a combination – it’s got a spot in the middle with a throw around it, and there is definitely no black spot. You might want to check out our range of Led Lenser or Nitecore as their products cater to more advanced needs.
