Poor qualtity product

The fans has never operated on 2nd or 3rd speed and when turned to increase speed it just stops, it also effects our TV to the extent that we cannot have both devices switched on at the same time. Definately not suitable for a caravan. I have tried another power cable however that makes no difference. Used only once.

We would be interested to get more details from you here Jim, this is probably covered by warranty. There were a few issues with these early on, but Outdoor Connection moved pretty quickly to sort things out, and we haven't had any issues since. You can reach us on 1300 914 007. ~ Ben

Breezeway 12V Fan

Good volume of air and not too noisy. Low power
usage is a must when camping and this unit provides
that. A good product at a reasonable price.

I'm a Fan!

This fan is the coolest! :-)
Light and portable little unit. Detachable feet make it nice and compact to pack in the camping kit.
Moves enough air around in our large family size tent for some relief on those sticky summer camping nights!
The auto shutoff is slightly annoying, but probably saving me from killing my battery!

G'day Carl,

Please give us a call (1300 914 007) if you need any help with your new fan - although it sounds like you've got it under control. If something has gone wrong, it'll likely be covered under warranty. Laine :)

will it work up side down?1 answer

want to mount on the ceiling

- bundaberg(4 weeks ago)

G'day Paul,

There is nothing to say that the Outdoor Connection Breezeway 12V Fan officially can or can't hang upside down, but I've just gone and fired our display one up and held it upside down for a few minutes and it seemed to work fine.

Charging time?1 answer

Running time on low?

- Trinity Beach(3 months ago)

G'day Janet,

The Outdoor Connection Breezeway 12V Fan doesn't have a charge time as it comes with a built-in battery, as it runs directly from a 12v source.

What is the volume of air the van delivers1 answer

- NEWCASTLE WEST, NSW(2 years ago)
Unfortunately this sort of information is not supplied for any of the fans in our range sorry Peter. The best information I can give you is that this fan, along with the new fans from Coleman are the best 12V fans we have seen to date, and would be enough to efficiently move air around a family sized tent.

Details for Breezeway 12v Fan1 answer

Do the feet have to be secured while in use ? Can the fan be adjusted up and down ? If placed at end of bed in a caravan will it send a good breeze over the full length of the bed ? What material is it made from ? Thank you. Peter.

- MIDDLE RIDGE, QLD(2 years ago)
Hi Peter, the feet don't need to be secured, it has a plastic body, feet and blades and there are no 'up/down' adjustments. In terms of air flow, the blade diameter is large and it will give more than enough circulation over the area of a bed, especially on the highest setting. Hope this answers all your queries.
