Enjoy a lightweight luxury at the end of a long day hiking with a Back Country Cuisine Berry Smoothie.
Simply remove the cap, fill the pouch with cold water, replace cap, shake, and you have a delicious smoothie that is made with real fruit.
It's nice to throw one of these in on a longer bushwalk for a treat. Getting the water amount right can be tricky but keep experimenting until you get what you like.
After noticing some bad reviews on the banana flavoured item, I bought a Berry one as a try out before hiking trip - loved it. I filled with water, shook, topped up with a bit more water and shook again. I think it does need to be well shaken, I wonder if this is why others have had trouble. Shake it like you mean it you guys. It's worth it. Will definitely buy more, this will be a regular on our hikes.
Hi is this product dairy free?
Unfortunately, these do contain milk products, Louise.
I'd like to be able to point you towards some vegan-friendly options, but Back Country Cuisine doesn't specifically highlight vegan options, rather just vegetarian. We do have some hydration powders and exercise supplements, I'm not convinced they are a suitable substitute but it's the best I can suggest sorry. You can check them out here.
