500 cycles, is this a misprint or are they having a lend? regards

G'day Wol,

The 80% capacity rating after a specific number of cycles is the industry-standard definition of a lithium-ion battery's "end of life". It does not mean that the battery will stop working after 500 cycles, but overtime they just hold less charge than when they were new.
