You can wash your hammock on a gentle, cold cycle with mild detergent. Personally, I've always just brushed mine down with a soft brush, and then hosed it off when it gets dusty and that seems to do the trick too.

The Hammock & Frame doesn't come with a carry bag, and at this point in time, we don't really have any bags that will be an exact fit. You could use the Oztrail Action Canvas Chair Bag, however, it will be a little short, so some of the frame parts will extend beyond the end of the bag.

Ideally, the frame shouldn't be left out in the weather as there is the possibility it will rust, however, if you do leave it out in the weather it might just have a slightly shorter lifespan. If you have the option to store it assembled undercover that would be a better option that out in the rain.

Yes a bit of movement in the frame is totally normal mate, but I'm not really sure I understand from where you're trying to tighten it?  The frame connects through a push-button mechanism which is unable to be tightened, however the hammock fixing points are screw hooks with bolts to tighten.  Is this what you mean?  This point can be adjusted by moving it to the next hole down which will raise or lower the hammock.  By moving the fixing hook to a lower point, you can raise the hammock and therefore increase its tension.  Hope that helps :)

The fabric of the Anywhere hammock is a polyester cotton material. It is described as being soft and breathable but it hot humid weather it may be a little warm depending on the particular day.

From doing a little bit of research, it seems that hammocks fall into 2 categories - ones with a sturdy frame that require a bit of set up time and aren't very portable, and the ultralightweight kind that needs a support system (i.e. trees).

We don't have any hammocks that have a frame and carry case for camping, and I can't find a brand to point you in the right direction, unfortunately.

Hi Narelle, Oztrail indicate that this has a compact carry size, but I can't see anywhere that they claim it has a carry case.

"Portable" probably isn't a word I would associate strongly with this hammock and frame, it packs up to a package 115cm in length, so you could fit it in the back of your car but realistically it is best used in a semi-permanent location such as a deck, verandah or holiday house.

If you're going to take it camping you'd probably want to be setting up camp for an extended stay and make sure you've got plenty of cargo space in your vehicle.

Sagging is an issue that many of us face as we age and sadly, hammocks are no different. The good news though is that the Oztrail Anywhere Hammock Double & Frame comes with multiple holes at either end so that you can counteract the sagging over the years.

The Oztrail Anywhere Double Hammock and Frame has a weight capacity up to 200kg and being 2.5m long, it can comfortably accommodate pretty much anyone.

The hammock can be easily disconnected from the frame as it simply hooks on at either end. In order to suspend it from a tree or other type of structure, you will need to buy a hammock hanging kit. Unfortunately, we do not have any that suit this hammock, so you would need to source one elsewhere.
