Saving space 1 answer
Will this fit inside the southern metal spinners 10” camp oven for transportation and also when cooking smaller meals?
William - Deception Bay, QLD(2 years ago)
G'day William,
Yep, it does! I've just tested it out in-store for you & it fits like a glove - that's also with the Southern Metal Spinners trivet inside. Hope that helps.

Will the set fit your burner inside?1 answer
Will this fit the MSR Whisperlite International & Fuel pump in the 1.5L pot?
Simon - Newcastle, NSW(3 years ago)
G'day simon,
Thats a great question and unfortunately not something we can answer for you as the Whisperlite is currently out of stock with no ETA as yet. Even though we cant try it out in real life, i feel confident that the answer is no. All packed up the Whisperlight packs around 20L x 15W x 12H cm. The largest Alpine pot is 18.6D x 8.7H, so even if you were just using the larger pot on its own, the space will be too small for the Whisperlight.

Lid closure1 answer
When packed up, how secure does the lid attach? Is it likely to come loose in the pack or not?
Pete - Perth(4 years ago)
G'day Pete,
The lid on the alpine set stays on pretty well, and there is also a lightweight stuff sack which will stop it rattling around your pack.

Suitable for induction and open fire?2 answers
Is this set suitable for induction and open fire?
Diana - Stirling(5 years ago)
G'day Diana,
Induction cook tops need induction specific cookware which you can find at Kitchen and Homewares retailers. We wouldnt recomend these for use on an open fire, but if you're keen on steel cookware for open fire use, check out our range of steel pots and pans HERE

I have the 3 pot alpine set as well as the stowaway and they all work well on induction.

Multi stove compatibility?1 answer
Can these pots be used across a variety of different stoves and fuel types without damage?
Jacob - Adelaide(5 years ago)
G'day Jacobs,
Yes they can. Being stainless steel they have a broad compatibility with stoves and fuels, as long as you take standard care with cooking and cleaning like you would with your other gear, you should be a-ok!
