Is there replacement knobs available for the red ignition 1 answer
Looking to replace missing red ignition knob that fell off during use
Dan - Seacliff, SA(10 months ago)
G'day Dan,
I have just called Gasmate and they don't have this as a spare part at all. It may be best to try and superglue the original back on if possible otherwise there may be some after-market options on eBay/Amazon you could jimmy something up. We have the spare stove knobs available just not the ignition ones.

Small green Companion Propane cartridge1 answer
Hi if i get a bsp 3/8 to bom adapter can i use the small green propane canester (465g??) with this stove?
Helen - Creswick, VIC (2 years ago)
G'day Helen,
In theory, yes - but as with any gas system that uses extra adaptors, make sure you're doing thorough testing for leaks & that all connections have a good seal.

Hose attachment adapter1 answer
Is there an adapter that I could purchase that would allow me to connect this to my caravans gas bayonet fitting via a 3/8 SAE FF hose?
Chris - Wynyard, TAS(2 years ago)
G'day Chris,
No, there isnt. Caravan bayonet systems are a regulated gas supply, and this stove requires unregulated gas in order to run. If you connect to a regulated system, there won't be enough gas coming through the line.
Due to recent changes to the Australian Gas Association Guidelines, there arent any stoves in our range that we are able to advise on connecting to a bayonet system. You may have more success looking at a caravan-specific stove through a Caravan/Rv retailer.

Gas hose 1 answer
Will your BOM/UNEF to POL High Pressure Gas Hose work on this stove
Matt - 2095(4 years ago)
G'day Matt,
The BOM/UNEF to POL hose won't work with this stove, as the attachment at the stove end is completely different. I'm not entirely sure what you're planning to do, but please feel free to flick us an email or give us a call and we can chat through the options for connecting the stove to a range of different sized bottles.

Does this support gas bottles and Propane bottles?1 answer
Hey, Just wondering if this stove supports fuel from a gas bottle and from a propane bottle? Thanks
Jack - Wollongong(4 years ago)
G'day Jack,
These stoves are just designed to work with LPG bottles that have a 3/8" BSP thread (generally 1kg - 4kg).

Windshield Compatibility1 answer
Am I not mistaken in seeing that it has the slots for the windshields to be added? If so are you able to supply the windshields separately?
liam - FITZROY NORTH(4 years ago)
G'day Liam,
Unfortunately, the 2 Burner Stove and Grill doesn't have the option for a windshield to be added.

Replacement hose1 answer
Hi. I want to replace the hose I have for this stove. I use a 2kg gas cylinder with 3/8 fitting. I am not sure what fitting goes into actual stove. Which replacement hose should I buy from you for this stove. Ta h
Can I have a double adaptor on the gas bottle which connects the stove and a lantern without sa regulator?
Ben - The Gap(4 years ago)
G'day Ben,
The 2 Burner Camping Stove with Grill doesn't need a regulator, so if you're wanting to run a lantern and the stove, then yes you can do this with a double adaptor. Generally we'd recommend using the lantern on a lantern pole and attaching the stove to the bottom of the pole.

Competency1 answer
Hi guys. What size pits and/pan can be used at the same time across the two burners before it they cannot fit? Are the controls good to allow a simmer or is it all "burn baby, burn"? Thanks
TCS - Sydney(5 years ago)
G'day TCS,
I've just had a trial of pans on the 2 Burner Camping Stove and Grill and you can comfortably fit two of the 24cm Campfire Compact Frypans on the stove top, anything larger than that will be a little too big. We haven't had a chance to get much feedback on these stoves yet as they're pretty new, but most camp stoves tend to not have a little bit of heat variation but not always a complete simmer option.

windshield1 answer
why are there are no windshield on this cooker?
brian - kenilworth street bayswater(6 years ago)
G'day Brian,
I'm not too sure why there are no windshields on the 2 Burner Camping Stove with Grill. Our guess is that Gasmate we're wanting to keep the overall weight down. The burners have a fairly high heat output so they are less likely to be affected by wind than some other cookers.
