Order by Phone or Fax

If you prefer not to shop online, it's easy to order by phone or fax.

To order by Fax 

1. Select the items you wish to order and Add to Bag.
2. When you have all the items in your Shopping Bag that you wish to order, click Order by Fax.
3. Complete all the details on the page.
4. Click on Print, then fax the printed copy to 08 8351 2122.

To order by phone

1. Select the items you want to order.
2. Write down the item numbers located above the photos on all product pages.
3. Have your delivery information, payment information, and credit card information ready.
4. If you have a gift certificate, please have that ready as well.
5. Phone your order by calling us between 8am and 6pm ACST Monday - Friday on 1300 914 007.
6. Pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, or Snowys Gift Card.
